Report a track (copyright)

You are the artist and uploaded the track

Sign in to the Artist area: the "Remove" button makes the track unavailable immediately.

You are a rights holder (artist, label, publisher)

Write to [email protected] with: your name and contact details; the track and its link (DJWavPool or SoundCloud); proof or a description of your rights; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised and that the information is accurate; your signature (a typed name is enough by email).

We block downloads of the track within 48 business hours of receiving a complete notice, then check with the person who uploaded it.

Counter-notice

The uploader is notified and may respond with evidence (contract, license). The track only returns with sufficient proof or the rights holder's consent.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload tracks without the rights are closed.
