Terms of use and sale

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of DJWavPool, published by [to be completed] ("we"), and paid subscriptions. Creating an account or paying for a plan means you accept them.

2. The service

DJWavPool lets DJs convert and download cleared tracks: masters uploaded by their artists with consent, or tracks whose artist enabled free downloads on SoundCloud. Other tracks cannot be downloaded and link to purchase platforms.

The site also offers tools (analysis and conversion of your own files), playlists and a public DJ page.

3. Account

You must be at least 16 and provide a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

You can delete your account at any time from "My account".

4. Plans and prices

The Free plan has a daily download limit. DJ and DJ Pro are monthly or yearly subscriptions whose price and content are shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes that apply in your country (such as VAT) are calculated and shown before payment.

5. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive card numbers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel anytime from "My account" > "Manage my subscription": the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, with no further charge.

If a payment fails, paid features may be suspended until it is settled.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw. To get immediate access to downloads, at checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you download digital content. This consent is recorded with its date.

If you have not downloaded anything with the paid plan yet, write to [email protected] within 14 days for a refund.

7. Use of files

Files are provided for your use as a DJ: preparing and playing your sets. You may not resell, republish or share them for download, or claim them as your own work. Any conditions set by the artist (for example a Creative Commons license) also apply.

Public performance of music (clubs, radio, streaming) may require licenses from collecting societies; these remain the responsibility of the DJ or venue.

8. Artists

An artist who uploads a master warrants holding the necessary rights and authorises its availability to DJs on the terms they selected. They can withdraw a track at any time, after which it can no longer be downloaded.

9. Prohibited behaviour

You may not bypass limits or locks, automate downloads, try to access other users' accounts or disrupt the service. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after a warning except in cases of serious abuse.

10. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site running but cannot guarantee it (maintenance, outages of third-party services such as SoundCloud). Our liability is limited to direct damages and, for subscribers, to the amount paid in the last 12 months, except for gross negligence or where the law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. Significant changes are announced by email or on the site at least 30 days before they apply; you may cancel before then if you disagree.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's country ([to be completed]), without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. In case of a dispute, contact us first at [email protected] so we can find an amicable solution. EU consumers may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
